Job Requirements
Current Connecticut RN License
BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
ACLS certification required for RNs in CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU
License / Certificate Verification must be completed within 30 days of start
Fit Test required
Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed
Trinity Skills Checklist must be completed
Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing must be completed within a year
Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start
Additional Details
Must complete Trinity OFAC within 30 days of start
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
Proof of MMR vaccination required
Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination required
