Dietitian...PRN

Responsible for the medical nutrition assessment, the development of nutrition/hydration care plans, and the ongoing evaluation of all residents. Provides consultation and evaluation regarding menu planning, therapeutic diets, food service procedures, foodservice personnel, maintenance of records and in-service programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Nutrition & Food Service.
• Registered Dietitian License and active member in the American Dietetic Association.
• Three years experience in geriatric, administrative, or clinical nutrition.
• Ability to read, write and speak English daily. Other languages helpful but not required.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
