Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time Coordinator I in the Office of Education in the School of Health Sciences and Education. The position is directly responsible to the Chairperson and Director of the Department to perform a variety of clerical duties in support of departmental operations, compliance, and accreditation.
Associates degree or at least 1-3 years of secretarial/administrative experience required. At least two years of higher education office experience preferred. Proficient grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills; accurate data entry skills; proficient skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to problem solve. Strong organizational, communication, and office management skills along with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision on a wide range of program tasks.
