Preventative Maintenance

• 4 - 10hr days Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday ( can switch a few days if needed
• Able to change and clean all filters on all machines, check hydraulic fluids and other fluids per machine, visually inspect components on machines per PM issued, clean machines of any messes, inspect for any kind of leaks ( air, water, Hydraulic, coolant ) repair any major leaks along with other maintenance assistance.
• Clean up all messes after PM is performed put all tools back in proper locations
• PM clerk will issue you PM work orders to be performed every week which contain items to be done, each work order will be handed in after work is done along with your employee number and the amount of time it takes to do the pm
• While performing PM’s report any issues found to Maintenance Manager, maintenance personnel. Any broken items or damaged can be repaired along with a maintenance guy assisting and or helping
• Knowledge of Mechanics is preferred as this will help with the job responsibilities to be performed
• Other duties will apply if needed as in helping and supporting maintenance team as needed throughout the shift

Summary

In the role of Preventative Maintenance, you will be essential in ensuring the optimal performance of facilities through routine inspections and maintenance tasks. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and schematics expertise to identify and resolve issues proactively. Your core skills in maintenance will be complemented by premium abilities in programmable logic controllers and electrical systems, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant experience in customer service and leadership will support a collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall success of our maintenance team.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per year
