What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Employment - FloArts Scene Shop position at Saint Johns River State College?
STUDENT EMPLOYMENT REQUIRMENT, MUST HAVE FAFSA ON FILE. This position is only available to current SJR State students who are eligible for student employment in the current semester. High school diploma or equivalent required. Applicants must pass verification of employment, reference screening and background check. This position is NOT eligible for Veteran's Preference Student employee will work in scene shop with theatrical scenery construction, scene painting, crafts development and construction, strong organizational skills, knowledge of software programs such as : Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Vectorworks. Duties may include but are not limited to power tool operation, construction, welding, scene painting, light hanging, light programming, sound board programming, props construction, maintenance of scenic stock and storage, updating production and shop paperwork.
