Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ambulatory care team. As a member of our team, you'll administer direct and indirect patient care, coordinate and implement nursing interventions and patient care support services, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans. Our ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing, licensed in the State of Indiana, and certified in CPR. One or more years of experience as an LPN in a hospital or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
