Requirements :
- Education : Graduate of an AMA accredited program.
- Licensure : Currently holding a License in Respiratory Therapy for the State of Indiana. Must hold minimum CRT Credential but prefer a Registered Therapist .
- Experience : Three (3) plus years of experience in related Patient Care areas including Critical Care, NICU, Open Heart Recovery, and Bronchoscopy required. Five (5) plus years of experience preferred.
- Management and leadership experience preferred. Accountability, change management, coaching, drive for performance, integrity / values diversity, integration of mission and core values, patient focused, physician relations and teamwork.
