Under the direction of the clinical director, the primary functions of the secretary/receptionist position is to greet and direct clients as well as manage incoming and outgoing phone communications for the outpatient therapy department, support client information-management as related to, scheduling, client intake, insurance verification, copying, filing, organizing client charts, billing log entry and verification of accuracy, collection of fees and copayments at point of service as well as confidentially communicate patient related information in order to enhance therapist effectiveness.
