What You'll Do
You'll help the therapy team with office work, scheduling appointments and handling billing.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating therapy schedules and preparing patient files
- Managing therapist credentials and documentation
- Handling outpatient therapy services and data entry
- Coordinating insurance reimbursements, billing collections and appeals
- Reviewing EOBs and managing billing consolidations
- Communicating with insurance companies, clients, and legal reps
- Supporting third-party contract and reimbursement processes
- Assisting with quality assurance and collaborating with our billing coordinator
- Providing general administrative support in a cost-effective way
