What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Saint Joseph's Medical Center?
The Superintendent is responsible for overall maintenance, repairs and upkeep of agency locations. Utilizing sound judgment, critical thinking and communications skills, the Superintendent shall process work orders, tasks and projects efficiently, delivering on schedule. Applicants must have a minimum of two years' Superintendent experience/related experience. Heavy lifting required. Must be able to operate landscaping equipment, snow removal equipment, construction equipment and tools, and a pallet jack.
High School diploma required. Valid driver's license required.
