Position Summary and Qualifications :
Saint Joseph's University's Department of Management has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct faculty to staff a variety of courses each semester. We are looking for the support of highly qualified, capable, and experienced adjunct instructors.
The Department of Management offers a large number of courses within the Haub School of Business, both in-person and on-line. Our courses span a variety of topics such as
- Leadership
- Business Ethics
- Human Resources & Organizational Behavior
- Strategy
- International Business
- Entrepreneurship

Part-time adjunct faculty may instruct 1 or 2 courses each semester on an "as needed" basis.
Duties and Responsibilities : Teaching of a specified course, Preparation of materials, Providing support and guidance to students, and grading / assessment.
In addition to meeting all scheduled class session, adjunct faculty are expected to offer one hour of office hours each week.
Minimum Requirements : Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Ethics or a closely related field.
