Position Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Attorney with specialization in Trusts and Contracts to join our dynamic team dedicated to excellence in protecting and managing our clients' assets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the creation, review, and execution of trust instruments, as well as in drafting complex contracts that enhance legal and financial relationships across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in the formation, modification, and administration of trusts.
- Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in South Dakota.
- Collaborate on project management with a focus on legal integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Research and analyze laws, regulations, and relevant case law.
Key Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in the South Dakota Bar Association.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts & contracts
- In-depth knowledge of local and federal trust administration regulations.
- Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a results-driven approach.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish, Portuguese is a Plus

Availability: In-office from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fridays work from home, following the same hours.
Compensation: Competitive base salary based on experience with discretionary bonus
