Job Summary:
The Housekeeper is responsible for taking care of the Club’s general cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities for members. Their duties include cleaning the Club different areas including, but not limited to replenishes supplies, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, house laundry, stairways, exterior, etc. according to the Club standards and within required time frames. The role will require the ability to work in both a team environment and independently at a high level. The housekeeper will work closely with the all the Club departments to fulfill the Club's strategic vision, while maintaining the highest level of service for its members.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect all Club Member and staff areas, including bathrooms, but excluding any food preparation areas.
- Wipes and dusts all surfaces, including sanitizing required surface areas.
- Keep bathrooms stocked with hand towels, hand soap and toilet paper, plus any other requested items.
- Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
- Removes all trash.
- Notify supervisor of any damages and deficits.
- Loads washers and dryers with tables clothes and other Club items as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to sanitation, safety, and control policies.
- Respond promptly and courteously to other housekeeping/setup staff.
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow housekeeping staff as situations arise.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient housekeeping operations as directed by your supervisor.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be able to endure long periods of standing and walking, and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
- Must be able to see, hear, feel, and talk. May be asked to work double shifts with breaks.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning equipment safety while able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented and thorough with minimal supervision.
- Must remain discreet and respect of the privacy of Members and guests.
- Be dedicated to working as a team in all aspects of daily duties with a team player mentality and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver cleaning equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Required to regularly use hands to handle, grasp, feel, and reach frequently throughout the workday.
