The Clinical Educator serves as a role model consultant change agent instructor and facilitator in assessing learning needs and in planning implementing and evaluating educational activities for patients and nursing staff. Serves as a clinical and educational consultant for Nursing Service personnel and support the professional practice environment maximum performance and quality patient care
