Job Description
Performs prevention screening evaluation diagnosis management and counseling services to hospital patients with speech language cognitive communication or oral and pharyngeal sensorimotor impairments. Plans directs and conducts habilitative and rehabilitative counseling programs and discharge planning activities. Delegates and instructs support personnel. Employee provides coverage in Saint Luke's Rehabilitation Institute and Saint Luke's South Acute hospital with opportunities to provide outpatient coverage. Employees in this position are responsible for weekend and holiday shift requirements.
