- Monday - Friday, days only!
- Some travel to other clinics may be required
- Ideal candidate will have an IAHCSMM certification and Medical Assistant experience!
The Sterile Processing Tech Clinic will decontaminate, disinfect, clean, sterilize, and / or appropriately package supplies, instruments, and equipment according to manufacturers and regulatory guidelines as well as maintain proper documentation of such. Additionally, the Sterile Processing Tech Clinic will regularly perform testing in order to ensure proper functionality of equipment utilized in daily processing duties. The position may also be responsible for assisting providers and the nursing team in the delivery of professional medical care. Duties may include pre-visit planning, rooming patients, obtaining vitals, utilizing the EMR system, scanning and downloading of documents, telephone screening (with protocols), phlebotomy, assist with procedures (as needed).
