Job Description
The Talent Advisor is responsible for high-volume full cycle recruitment for the Saint Luke's Health System entities. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, conducting reference checks and making the offer. Talent Acquisition will work closely with the HR Business Partners to identify recruitment needs and strategies for filling high-volume positions. Implements new recruitment campaigns and strategies and acts as a liaison with referral sources. Represents SLHS and HR at job fairs, internal and external recruitment events and on committees and task forces as delegated. Oversees employee referral program for SLHS and coordinates recruitment events. Works on meeting the goals of the HR Department strategic plan.
