The SLPG Central Scheduling Team Lead is functions primarily as a scheduler and supports the SLPG Central Scheduling Supervisor with daily operations of the SLPG Central Scheduling Team.
- Function as a scheduler and consistently exceed all productivity and quality metrics.
- Assign scheduler to other duties based on call volume.
- Ensure schedulers log in on time and manage staff breaks and pauses.
- Field scheduling and pre-registration questions from the schedulers.
- Escalate issues to the SLPG Central Scheduling Supervisor.
- Will support Supervisor in evaluating scheduler performance.
- Will support the training of new schedulers.
- Other duties as assigned.
