DESCRIPTION
Campus and Community Events is seeking Saint Mary’s Students who are willing to stay on campus after finals to assist with Commencement set ups and work events surrounding Commencement and Commencement Mass weekend.
* Assist with event set-up, including table and chairs for Commencement weekend.
* Serve as an events worker during Commencement Mass Commencement. This may include crowd control, ushering, flag bearing, and serving as an event assistant.
QUALIFICATION
* Must be presently enrolled as a Saint Mary’s student.
* Must be able to perform physical tasks and be able to lift 25 lbs.
* Must be able to take direction and work well with a team
*Positive demeanor required
PREFERRED SCHEDULE
May 12 to May 17, 2025. Part time (20 hours) hourly pay $9.00/hour, room and meals (Dining Hall) included.
