Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Plans and directs the short and long-range objectives / goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensures synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives / goals. Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders.
