NEW WAGE SCALE FOR 2025

Saint Mary's Home of Erie is a beautiful, well-maintained facility enjoyed by our residents. Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) are needed to provide daily nurse aide care to the residents of Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge. The Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) assist in providing daily living activities, bathing, dressing, shaving, etc.

We offer an excellent benefit plan including medical, dental, vision and supplemental insurance.

We have a 403(b) plan with 4% match upon hire.

Salary is based on comparable years of experience.

We currently have all shifts available for Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs):

1st shift (7 a - 3 p)

2nd shift (3 p - 11 p)

3rd shift (11 p - 7 a)

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training program through an accredited agency or currently enrolled in the Commonwealth of PA Nurse Aide Registry.
• Must have Basic Life Support
• Must have effective communication skills
