Job Details

  • This is an X-Ray tech position for day shifts from 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements

  • BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine
  • MMR (Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity)
  • Fit Test (Masking accepted for SMHP : 3M 9205 )
  • Hepatitis B (Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center)
  • Influenza Vaccine (Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31)
  • TB Test
  • Driver's License / State ID
  • Varicella (Vaccination / titer showing immunity)
  • Tdap (Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center)
  • Physical / Health Statement (Annually, Except Saint Marys Regional Medical Center- Nevada must be completed within 60 days of start)
  • Prime OIG
  • Prime Core Competencies Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
  • Prime Skills Checklist
  • Prime Color-blind test (Relias accepted. Must be completed annually)
  • Prime Criminal Background Check (National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date)
  • Prime Agency Attestation
  • Prime SAM / EPLS
  • Prime Badge Photo (JPEG only photo. Clear headshot from shoulders up with solid plain background)
  • Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification)
  • Prime Specialty Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
  • Prime Job Description (Signed by employee)
  • Prime COA (Optional)
