This is an X-Ray tech position for day shifts from 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

- BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- COVID-19 Vaccine
- MMR (Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity)
- Fit Test (Masking accepted for SMHP: 3M 9205 )
- Hepatitis B (Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center)
- Influenza Vaccine (Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31)
- TB Test
- Driver's License/State ID
- Varicella (Vaccination/titer showing immunity)
- Tdap (Declinations not accepted at Shasta Regional Medical Center)
- Physical/Health Statement (Annually, Except Saint Marys Regional Medical Center- Nevada must be completed within 60 days of start)
- Prime OIG
- Prime Core Competencies Exam (Must score 80% or higher)
- Prime Skills Checklist
- Prime Color-blind test (Relias accepted. Must be completed annually)
- Prime Criminal Background Check (National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date)
