What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN/Surgical Scrub Tech - Surgery Department - Sign On BONUS position at Saint Mary’s Regional Health System?
Assists the Surgeon and surgical team to maintain quality patient care by passing supplies and instrumentation, observing good sterile technique, cleaning and setting up for procedure. Conducts accurate surgical counts, proper handling of specimens, and proper disposition of instrumentation and equipment. Performs instrument reprocessing of all reusable items.
