What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ultrasonographer - Imaging Department position at Saint Mary’s Regional Health System?
This position must demonstrate an ability to perform ultrasound procedures and must operate ultrasound equipment, prepare patients rooms, and maintain equipment and supplies. Maintain records relating to ultrasound services. Responsible for evaluating, planning, organizing, implementing the assigned activities for continuity, and quality of patient care. Performs specific ultrasound duties within the scope of practice as stated in the ARDMS the expectations of the institution, as supported by the missions and philosophy of the organization.
