Job Details

  • Travel Radiation Therapist position at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada.
  • Contract length : 12 months.

Job Requirements

  • Driver's License / State ID (required for onboarding)
  • Prime OIG (required for onboarding)
  • License / Certificate Verification (primary source verification required within 30 days of start)
  • BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross certification required for onboarding)
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed)
  • MMR (proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer required)
  • Hepatitis B (declination not accepted)
  • Influenza Vaccine (mask required if vaccine declined)
  • TB Test (negative result required within the past year)
  • Varicella (proof of 2 vaccines at least 28 days apart or positive titer required)
  • Tdap (declination not accepted)
  • Physical / Health Statement (must be completed within 60 days of start)
  • National Criminal Background Check (required for onboarding)

    • Additional Details

  • Annual Respirator fit test (locations that allow onsite testing specified)
  • Must score 80% or higher on Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Specialty Exam
  • Upload 'Essentials' Form and Post Test as part of onboarding process
