Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support State License 1 Verification Job Details PHS-2709 On-call shifts can be picked up if desired but are not required. Job Requirements Required - Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification Valid Picture ID (State Drivers License, Passport, or State ID Card) Primary Source Verification Primary Source Verification required within 30 days Required for ER and Psych / Behavioral Health. Travelers can complete onsite MAB course within 90 days of start if needed. Preferred but not required for ER, ICU, CCU, Neuro and Tele. If candidate has a current certification please have them send. If they do not, they will be required to complete it at orientation.
