The LPN Per Diem will:

The LPN Per Diem will:
- Participate in data collection related to patient status and needs
- When requested, inform and instruct patient/caregivers on patient's health/illness and Plan of Care
- Ensure all procedures are performed based on established Standards of Care
- Document all aspects of patient care
- Teach patient/significant other about health/illness and plan of care
- Be a team player and take on other responsibilities as needed
- Graduate of an Accredited Practical School of Nursing.
- Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
- BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association.
