The Talent Acquisition Partner works collaboratively with Human Resources and hiring managers to create and execute talent acquisition strategies in support of the organization. Incumbent will conduct high volume, full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions at various levels. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. - Meet with hiring leaders regularly to determine and review current and future recruitment needs.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Utilize creative methods to source, screen, and identify highly qualified candidates. Find talent through networking and passive candidate searches, in addition to traditional methods for open and future vacancies.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
- Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience for all applicants. Build relationships with candidates to understand their key motivations and assess organizational fit.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Coach hiring managers on effective interview techniques, model effective interviewing, and guide them through evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop competitive job offers and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Assist with onboarding activities.
- Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
- Assist managers in identifying internal talent for promotional opportunities and succession planning purposes.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience required.
- Understanding of various selection methods and techniques.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- A good decision-maker, with proven success at making valuable hires.
- Action-oriented and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
- Skilled at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with recruitment and departmental goals.
- A strong communicator who is effective in crafting appropriate messages according to the specific audience.
- Excellent detail orientation and follow-up skills are required.
