SEEKING: Delivery Driver Manager
Saint Stephen Inc is now hiring for a full-time Delivery Driver Manager. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Driver Manager to oversee our delivery operations and ensure the efficient and reliable delivery of goods to our customers.
Come play a pivotal role in the success of a FedEx Ground Contractor that prides itself on providing the highest level of service in North West Missouri! Managers oversee teams of drivers, providing training, support, scheduling, and coordination of vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Training, managing, scheduling, and supporting Delivery Drivers
- Driving and delivering to cover vacation and sick time for Drivers
- Engineering routes for maximum efficiency
- Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained
- Coordinating and documenting repairs as needed
Preferred skills, knowledge and experience:
- Strong leadership style within supportive team environment
- Ability to encourage, motivate, and hold people accountable
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Commercial driving and package delivery experience
- Logistics experience
- Vehicle Maintenance experience
Starting salary: $45K/yr minimum; up to $53K with experience. Opportunity to advance quickly with excellent performance.
Job Type: Full-time leadership position, in person and on-call.
