Job Summary

Responsibilities
">Our ideal candidate will evaluate and assess patient needs, directing and providing nursing care while communicating status changes to family members or responsible parties. You will inform house supervisors and medical providers of changes or needs, performing all duties consistent with Quality Standards and infection Control practices. A proven history of good judgment and integrity is essential, as is the ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting over 50 pounds while transferring residents.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require a degree from an accredited nursing program, Registered Nurse licensure in Minnesota in good standing, and a minimum of one year previous experience as a nurse. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are also essential, as well as a working knowledge of personal computers and related software.
