Be a part of the Saint Therse - St. Mary of the Woods Community! We are looking for Non-Certified Nurse Aides (Casual/On-Call) to work in our 5-star healthcare facility. The Nurse Aide is responsible for providing Resident care according to an approved Care Plan; understand and practice infection control procedures; comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals. Casual Nurse Aides are required to work a minimum of one shift per month and two holidays per year. Shift times available are as follows:
- 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred.
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision.
- Proven history of good judgement, integrity, and consideration to others
- Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities.
- High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.
