Be part of the Saint Therese difference! We are seeking part-time evening Certified Nursing Assistants to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers at our Oxbow Lake facility in Brooklyn Park, MN!
Current open position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday:
- 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (30 hours per 2-week pay period)

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of resident related direct care duties, such as transporting, transferring, toileting, positioning, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming residents, encouraging highest level of independence, validating residents' concerns etc.
Qualifications
Education: Successful completion of a State approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Act. Must be currently registered with the State of Minnesota as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to accurately plan and carry out assignments without direct supervision
- Proven history of good judgement, integrity and consideration to others
- Maintained awareness and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
- High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident
Wage: $20.77 - $28.19, based on provided, verifiable experience
