Be a part of the IHM Senior Living Community! We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to work in our 5-star healthcare facility in Monroe. Full-Time schedule working Monday through Friday and flexible schedule to include some evening or weekend coverage if needed.

Responsibilities
Develops and implements an effective marketing plan, conducting community outreach with professional referral sources, coordinating special events, tracking referrals, building and maintaining a marketing lead list, and conducting sales presentations with prospective residents and family members to achieve or exceed occupancy goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years experience in sales and marketing within senior services or healthcare settings.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, mass communications or related field. Upon evaluation, equivalent experience and/or educated related to the minimum experience below may be substituted for degree requirement.
Experience:
- Understand the nature, complexity, and trends of senior living sales.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales presentation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Photoshop and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Publisher, and Excel.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Proficiency in use of CRM software programs.
