">We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, directing, and providing nursing care to our residents. This will include communicating status changes to family members or responsible parties, informing clinical coordinators and medical providers of changes or needs, and maintaining accurate records.
">Responsibilities

- Document resident interactions, including progress notes and incident reports ">

Requirements
">To be considered for this role, applicants must:

- Hold a degree from an accredited nursing program ">
- Be licensed as a Practical Nurse in Minnesota ">
- Have a minimum of one year's experience as a nurse ">
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills ">
- Show a proven history of good judgment and integrity ">
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting over 50 pounds ">
- CPR certification ">
- $31.09 - $42.19 per hour, based on experience ">
