Full time position is available within our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Responsibilities include preparing records of youth being seen by psychiatrists, taking and documenting vital signs of youth; processing of Doctors’ orders and ensuring effective internal communication; assisting in the scheduling of medical and diagnostic appointments/evaluations for youth at various medical providers in the community; assisting in the entry of data to the Evolv database and maintenance of effective record keeping for the Clinic and Health Services; assisting with the filing and processing of youth’s records; assisting medical staff within Health Services Department with phone calls and related administrative duties. Associate's degree preferred, High School diploma required, with minimum two years medical office or related administrative experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
