What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Service Worker - Monday through Friday - 11 AM to 7 PM position at Saint Vincent's?
We are seeking a full time Food Service Worker to assist in all aspects of a busy food service department of a residential program serving children and adolescents. This position is Monday through Friday 11 AM to 7 PM with an earlier day on Tuesday.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting with rotating weekly menus
- Preparing and serving food while adhering to special dietary needs
- Checking in stock
- Cleaning and dish washing
- Delivering food to campus cottages
Experience and Education:
- One year of previous related food service experience
-General knowledge of food preparation methods, techniques and quality standards
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
Other Skills and Requirements:
- -Must be organized, efficient and clean
- -Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- -Work well as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
