Key Responsibilities :
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic equipment , including circuits, machine / process controls, and electrical distribution systems
- Modify and troubleshoot PLC logic systems (Allen Bradley, Parker, Siemens)
- Work with AC / DC drives, servo motors, and industrial communication systems
- Diagnose and repair temperature, pressure, flow, and PID control loops
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
- Perform Lock-Out / Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures for safety compliance
- Acquire and requisition spare parts for power distribution and electrical systems
- Communicate repairs and actions to operators, leads, and management
- Utilize computerized maintenance software to document repairs and parts usage
- Maintain fire and security systems and participate as a fire crew member and first responder
- Ensure compliance with plant and process safety rules, safe operating methods, and housekeeping standards
