What we're looking for
- Very proficient in wine from around the world
- Ability to curate a dining experience for the most discerning guests, from the beginning to the end.
- High level of proficiency in spirits: classic cocktails, aperitifs, digestifs, and so much more!
- Fast and accurate while having fun.
- A competitive bartender that has a strong desire to sell and exceed expectations
