Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for serving food & beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Process cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Toast POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
- Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, serving, bartending within the food industry, particularly in a high-volume setting.
- Strong cash handling skills with the ability to accurately manage transactions.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change efficiently.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems or similar cash register systems is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
