Job Summary:
The Health Sales Executive will represent Saisystems and its Health products and service offerings within and among the various client business units and divisions, exceeding sales objectives. This individual will have familiarity or experience with Revenue Cycle Management and EHR sales experience. Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for solution presentation for all Saisystems Health products and services through consultative selling process. * Pipeline Management: Manage deals from sales accepted lead through the pipeline to deal closure. * Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools: Maintain the playbook (including the buyer personas), training and role play, scenarios, sales tools including demos, client intel * Achieve sales metrics, target & goal accomplishment: MRR, ACV, Time to close, Close rate (win percentage) * Leadership, management and accountability for Sales Development Representative(s) Education Necessary for Position: * Bachelor's degree preferred Experience & Skills Necessary for Position: * Experience in health-related product sales (SaaS, EHR, practice management, analytics) * Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes * Knowledgeable in marketing and lead generation role in sales DocuSign Envelope ID: A4762EDF-D3C9-43DD-86E6-E99FC227C87A * Prior sales roles in metric driven organizations * Strong, professional communications skills both written, verbal and presentation to effectively communicate with all customer leadership and providers. * Commitment to excellence and high standard * Ability to prioritize and multi-task Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros), Word, Power Point and Outlook is required Work Environment: * Ability to work within a team in a remote work (distributed) environment. * This position operates in a professional work environment with occasional travel as needed. Organizational Relationships: * Develop and maintain positive internal and external organizational relationships that would contribute to the success and growth of the company. Compensation Structure: Base Salary plus incentive structure as follows: Base Pay $78,000 annual *Commission Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) $90 per month per full-time provider Credentialing $35 per month per full-time provider Health Products (EHR) $70 per month per full-time Provider Bonus To be paid immediately upon closing the first deal of 10 providers or more $1,000 *Rates are paid below as a full year rate in equal installments for the 12 months after the effective date for the client. In the 12th month there is a true up of the provider count. If the count increases, so does the commission. If the provider count drops, there is an offset
