Description:
SaiTech is searching for a Peripheral Equipment Operator at Johnson Space Center.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Properly updating all assigned tickets accurately and in a timely manner to meet contract requirements is a requirement for continuing employment
- Physically unpacking and packing equipment for receipt and disposal processes
- Support the preparation and imaging of new computer hardware
- Sanitization of returned equipment to be reutilized or properly disposed
- Ensure the timely and accurate transactional updates in Costpoint, as directed, and within ServiceNow
- Controlling variances in the inventory system of record, etc., as directed by the center Logistics Manager
- Accurately and efficiently entering received hardware within ServiceNow and CostPoint
- Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met to meet the requirements of the program
- Adherence to all NEST Logistics policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Experience providing logistics support in a large organization, experience with IT Logistics a plus.
- ServiceNow and CostPoint experience is highly desired
- Attention to detail is a must
- Self-motivation is a must
- Ability to work efficiently with accuracy and meet demanding timelines is a must for successfully executing the requirements for this position
- Ability to maintain a basic security clearance
- Has a drivers license in good standing
- No criminal record of any sort
- Lifting ability 40# without restrictions
