Team Lead Description :
The Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving store success while upholding the company's values of wellness, growth, and community. Key responsibilities include :
- Coaching & Development : Guide and support team members to deliver exceptional service, fostering their growth through feedback and coaching.
- Driving Results : Lead sales performance, boost productivity, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
