Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator Manager to join our team at SAK Builders, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and project management, with the ability to lead a team of estimators and ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
The Senior Estimator Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of estimators to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
- Coordinating subcontract solicitations and jobwalks
- Determining labor and construction equipment costs
- Preparing conceptual estimates
- Meeting and maintaining bidding and work schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in project engineering or related field
- Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
- Ability to make accurate judgments and calculations
