Job Overview

Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests throughout their dining experience.
- Process payments accurately using the cash register or POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Upsell additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is advantageous.
