We are looking for a patient and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a calm and caring demeanor, and the ability to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for toddlers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth and development
- Provide individualized care and attention to each child
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment
- Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in ECE/related field or CDA preferred
- Experience working with toddlers in a child care setting
- Patience, nurturing attitude, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks
