Job Description

What This Position is All About

The Analyst, Centralized Scheduling is a key part of the SFA Store Operations team in supporting various business partners and maintaining the SFA Stores scheduling system.

This includes generating store staffing schedules, maintaining schedules and adjusting staff levels in support of stores selling efficiency.

You Also Have:

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a strong administrative background
• Proficiency in Excel (Vlook-ups, Pivot Tables, etc.) and experience with applications including Microsoft Office, Oracle, Workday
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines
• Ability to create staffing schedules in a complex retail operation
• Collaborative team player with effective written and oral communication skills
  
  

As Analyst, Centralized Scheduling, You Will:

• Support rollout of new scheduling models for Regional Staffing Managers
• System set up - Expense Center, and Selling Area set up in applicable systems
• Hours of Operation support for stores
• IT problem resolution liaison
• Provide analysis and implementation of projects that are developed to enhance systems and processes within the Company
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
  
  

Reporting Analysis -

• Weekly/Monthly reports include:
• Weekly Payroll
• Open Position
• Sales Per Hour
• Roster/Demographic File
• Sales, Traffic and Transactions

Salary and Other Compensation :

The starting salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 annually . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
