What This Position is All About
Under the direction of the General Office Manager, the General Office Associate is responsible for the daily operations of the cash office.

As The General Office Associate, You Will:
- Process morning cash entry from previous day's sales
- Track and process of incoming customer packages
- Field store calls as the operator
- Process customer bill payments
- Open the store: safe, controller, registers and distributing reports
- Count register and petty cash
- Reconcile Saks and 3rd party chargebacks
- Resolve customer issues i.e. researching bills, lost packages
- Work with associate inquires
- Process of daily bank deposits
- Maintain registers and updating systems
- Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation:
The starting hourly rate for this position is between $16.24 - 20.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
