The Processor role at our Pottsville, PA Distribution Center (PADC) plays a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of merchandise into, within, and out of the Distribution Center.

Role Summary
The Processor role at our Pottsville, PA Distribution Center (PADC) plays a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of merchandise into, within, and out of the Distribution Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
- Read orders and ensure correct items are moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Transport materials to designated areas and organize items on racks, shelves, or bins.
- Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or storage.
- Mark materials with proper identifying information and open bales, crates, and containers as required.
- Record materials or items received or distributed using appropriate computer systems.
- Support inventory counts and ensure distribution accuracy.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as organizing and cleaning the workspace.
- Ensure proper preparation and packaging of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Wear appropriate safety equipment at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or direct-to-consumer warehouse operations preferred.
- Availability to work 10 Hour Shifts.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Experience with non-powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack).
- Familiarity with computer-based systems and tools.
- Manual dexterity to count, bag, tag, sort, and package incoming freight.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including standing for up to 10 hours, repeatedly lifting up to 30 lbs, walking long distances, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
