Role Summary :
ICQA Data Analyst will analyze inventory data to identify quality defects and the root cause of where these issues derive from within the operation to reduce inventory discrepancies.
Role Description :
- Analyze inventory data and trends to identify potential risks, losses, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Generate reports and make recommendations to optimize inventory processes to reduce defects and errors
- Track and monitor the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with procedures for booked, putaway, and cycle count
- Monitor inventory accuracy to investigate and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage inventory databases and systems for accuracy and compliance
- Assign cycle-counts and inspections as required to ensure inventory accuracy
